The ACT Meteors are the peak women's representative cricket team in the ACT. The team competes in the Women's National Cricket League (WNCL) and the national Twenty/20 competition.

2009/10 was the inaugural season for the ACT Meteors in the WNCL and the team experienced wonderful success finishing third in both competitions.

The 2010/11 season was another big season for the team finishing 3rd by one point in the WNCL and 4th in the T20.

This coming season 2011/12 is sure to be a blockbuster with the team continually striving to improve and look to finish higher in each respective competition.
