The National Indoor Cricket League commences this month with four teams competing to represent the ACT at the national finals in September. The four teams competing are made up from players all around the ACT, with no side specifically aligned to an indoor sports centre.

Despite the small number of teams the level of competition will be fierce and of a high skill level, based on the recent success of the ACT Rockets (Men’s Open Representative Team) at the national level when the side claimed the national championship title last year in Mackay. The competition will also feature Open Men Australian representatives Benji Floros, Luke Ryan, Tim Floros and Vinesh Bennett, and Under 21 Men Australian Representative Alexander Floros and Tyler Hays, who helped lead the Aussies to their World Cup titles in Dubai last year.

The competition is set to commence on the 14th of April.
