ACTive FAQ's


Does my child need to be signed in and out by a parent or guardian?

A roll is completed by the head coach as participants arrive for each session.

 

What does my child need to bring with them?

Each participant will require their full cricket kit including their helmet for each session.

 

What clothing should be worn?

Any clothing can be worn with enclosed shoes. Participants will be running around so please have them dressed appropriately with this in mind.

 

I am having trouble registering online, what can I do?

Should you have any issues with registering, please email activecricket@cricketact.com.au and one of our staff members will respond to offer assistance.

 

Do all the staff have Working with Vulnerable People Checks?

Yes, the ACTive check the any coaching staff members Working With Vunerable People check status prior to employment.

 

Cancellations

What is the refund policy?

For cancellations, more than 1 day prior to the commencement of a session, a full refund,

less a $20 administration fee, will be given.

 

For cancellations, less than 1 day prior to the commencement no refund will be given

 

If you are unable to attend a session, you have the option to give the session to a friend for no additional fee.

 

All cancellations are to be provided in writing and sent via email to

ACTiveCricket@cricketact.com.au with the outcome determined at the sole discretion of ACTive

Cricket staff.

 

Does weather affect if the program runs or not?

All sessions run are limited to a specific number so should adverse weather occur, the session will be able to go ahead inside the Cricket ACT High Performance Centre at all times.
