While the men’s competition is in its fifth season, this year is especially exciting as it’s the first year that a women’s competition has been introduced.

The local team is the ACT Aces for both men and women which brings talented players from all over the ACT/Southern District zone together.

Two male and two female teams will have the chance to compete in the Big Finals Day at the Sydney Cricket Ground; females on January 21 and males on January 26. The Men’s ACT Aces made it to the finals last year but lost to the Central Coast Rush by 24 runs.

The competition kicked off on October 13 and on November 3 there will be three ACT Aces matches in Canberra.
