CDC Data Centres will support the growth of junior cricket across the ACT region and influence the game for over 6,000 junior cricketers each week.

Greg Boorer, CDC CEO, is an avid supporter of Canberra's cricket community.

"As a father of 3 junior cricketers in the Canberra region, I recognise the growth of the game and the need to invest in grass roots initiatives."

CDC's investment will provide more opportunities for junior cricketers to use the Cricket ACT High Performance Centre in Phillip. It will also enable growth and training opportunities for junior cricket coaches who inspire cricketers weekly within junior competitions.

Cricket ACT CEO James Allsopp confirmed that CDC has become the greatest supporter of junior cricket in the history of Cricket ACT.

“Greg’s passion for junior sport and the community of Canberra provides a basis for a strong partnership which will further strengthen our game. We look forward to working closely with our junior coaches through providing further resources, educational & club-based training sessions across the ACT. We welcome the opportunity to expose a larger group of players to the high-performance training centre at Phillip to continually grow the aspiration and love for the game of cricket."

"We are pleased to support Cricket ACT to inspire our volunteer coaches and young cricketers who love Australia's favourite summer pastime. We look forward to watching the continued emergence and growth of junior cricket across the ACT region and take pride in the performances of ACT juniors in the coming years." said Mr. Boorer
