After consultation with Club Presidents and ACT Health, Cricket ACT will be cancelling all matches this weekend due to the high levels of smoke in the area. The PM2.5 AQI rating is extremely high currently and the forecast is expected to remain the same, if not worse, with the heat increasing over the coming 24 hours.

Cricket ACT remains committed to delivering the sport to its participants around the region but the health of our community must come first therefore cricket can not go ahead tomorrow as scheduled unfortunately.

Cricket ACT will work through the implications of the draw and communicate to clubs at a later date but will endeavour to reschedule matches in the new year.
