The eight Premier clubs will play each other in seven rounds of action, with the top four sides qualifying for the finals day to be held at Phillip Oval on the 9th of February.

Last season, it was Tuggeranong Valley who claimed the title, defeating Ginninderra under lights in a grand spectacle. It was a match dominated by the Floros brothers, with Tim scoring 40 and Jason taking 3 for 16 to secure a 14-run victory.

Several players have been confirmed from the clubs specifically for the competition, ANU bringing in former NSW and Sydney Sixers player Simon Keen who has also scored an incredible 8,952 runs and taken 329 wickets during his grade cricket appearances in Sydney.

Western District will be strengthened by the return of former players Tom Engelbrecht, Blake McDonald and Sam Skelly who will see the side become a serious contender after some impressive performances already this season.

Many other franchise players are expected to make appearances for the other Premier Clubs with the competition to be hotly contested.
