What age group is the ACTive Academy program for?

We recommend participation from children in the upper primary–college age group. For children younger than 10 we highly recommend our Cricket Blast program.

What does my child need to bring with them?

Each participant will require their full cricket kit including their helmet for each session.

What clothing should be worn?

Any clothing can be worn with enclosed shoes. Participants will be running around so please have them dressed appropriately with this in mind.

I am having trouble registering online, what can I do?

Should you have any issues with registering, please email activecricket@cricketact.com.au and one of our staff members will respond to offer assistance.

Do all the staff have Working with Vulnerable People Checks?

Yes, coaching staff members have Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) status checked prior to employment.

Cancellations

What is the refund policy?

All cancellations are to be provided in writing and sent via email activecricket@cricketact.com.au.

If cancellations are made within 48 hours of session time, full fee will still be charged.

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will avoid full session fee.

If you are unable to attend a session, you have the option to give the session to a friend for no additional fee.

Does weather affect if the program runs or not?

All sessions run are limited to a specific number so should adverse weather occur; the session will be able to go ahead inside the Cricket ACT High Performance Centre at all times.
