High Performance Coach

The Cricket Australia High Performance Coaching Program is Australia’s flagship coach education program.

Cricket Australia conducts limited high-performance accreditation courses throughout the year for nominated representative accredited coaches.

Coaches are nominated and selected through stringent criteria from each state for the courses, held at Cricket Australia’s Centre of Excellence in Brisbane.

The program is facilitated over a 12-month period via a blended-learning format, including online lectures, two residential blocks, practical assessments, and mentoring. Participants also complete a research project throughout the duration of the program.
