ACT Talent Shines: Joseph Mendis Selected for Cricket Australia’s U19 Men’s Talent Camp

Cricket ACT is proud to celebrate the selection of emerging ACT young talent Joseph Mendis (Weston Creek Molonglo CC) for the 2026 Cricket Australia U19 Men’s Talent Camp, to be held in Adelaide from 29 March to 2 April.

Mendis is one of just 25 players nationwide chosen for the prestigious four‑day development program and the ACT’s sole representative following standout performances at this seasons National U17 Male Championships.

The camp marks the beginning of Australia’s preparation for the 2028 ICC U19 Men’s Cricket World Cup cycle, bringing together the nation’s brightest young cricketers.
